Council approves Weller ramp building permit after Board of Adjustment review

The Gregory City Council entered the Board of Adjustment, reviewed a building permit application for a ramp at the Weller property, and approved the permit on Nov. 4. Kristi Drey moved to enter the Board of Adjustment and Cory Graber seconded; the entry, the permit approval, and the exit from the Board of Adjustment were all recorded as carried by unanimous vote.
A motion to approve the permit was made by Ashley Lozano and seconded by Laura Petersen; the minutes record the permit approval as 'All ayes.' The council then exited the Board of Adjustment by motion of Cory Graber, seconded by Kristi Drey. No conditions or amendments to the permit were recorded in the minutes.
