Councilmembers also scheduled a budget workshop for July 23, setting a 4:30 p.m. start time to review the 2026—27 budget in detail. Staff said the pay-plan adjustment will be incorporated into the budget process and that further discussion on matching funds and departmental allocations will follow in the upcoming workshop.
