Staff said the council could authorize the treasurer to structure payment plans similar to other local loan programs. The council introduced and suspended the three readings and voted to approve the ordinance.
Staff estimated the alley conveyance cost at about $8,000 plus survey costs of approximately $800 for a total near $8,800; final survey figures and deed descriptions will be completed as part of the closing and recordation process.
