Staff said letters of support are already in hand from Wichita County Commissioner Fin Cannon and Judge Johnson; commissioners discussed safeguards to ensure prospective investments still comply with local zoning and community standards. One commissioner asked for additional materials on program limitations, and staff offered to provide links and further reading. The board adopted Resolution 811 unanimously.
