The consultant said that while the site offers the most flexibility in terms of lot size, reuse would likely require removing significant portions of the existing structure; housing (including rental and owned options) was described as the most viable market-aligned outcome. The board discussed trade-offs between retaining versus selling sites and noted the district has other property needs that could factor into longer-term decisions.
