Board to reopen annual governance evaluation after duplicate responses found

"I kept it per the request of previous boards, all of the survey results came to me anonymously," a staff member said while explaining the difficulty of tracing duplicates. She and other board members agreed staff should troubleshoot the form and, if necessary, reopen the evaluation so members can complete it correctly in time for the April 20 meeting. The group reached informal consensus to redo the survey promptly and requested staff circulate a corrected form "first thing tomorrow."
