Planning board unanimously approves meeting agenda; routine motions passed

The Planning and Zoning Board sitting as the Local Planning Agency opened Sept. 25 at 6:30 p.m. and immediately approved the meeting agenda. Vice Chairman Kevin Banks moved to approve the agenda; Member Anastasia Stogiannis-Karloutsos seconded the motion and it passed unanimously by those present.
Aside from the ordinance (O-3-24) referral, the board handled no other substantive business and recorded no public comments. Procedural motions at the meeting, including the motion to adjourn, also passed unanimously. The meeting record shows the session adjourned at approximately 6:45 p.m.
