Commissioners discussed merit adjustments tied to employee certifications, Powell Bill allocations for streets, and parks funding. One commissioner pressed for more money for Leonard Park (estimated needs discussed in the tens of thousands), while another defended planned Lake Warren upgrades and a proposed $100/month increase for the lake warden to extend year-round coverage.
