After extended discussion, the commission settled on a working threshold of 35 spaces for the EV-ready conduit requirement, noting the number can be adjusted later. Tim Schweki explained the conduit requirement saves retrofit cost by avoiding later pavement disruption. Commissioners also discussed shared-parking arrangements and maximum parking rules to discourage excessive lots, and asked staff to ensure consistent parking tables and credits.
