Members discussed the grocery’s monthly obligations, noting three loan payments that together total about $3,200 per month and an estimated monthly revenue shortfall of roughly $4,500. The board agreed the $10,000 was intended to ease immediate payroll pressure while they seek a longer-term solution, including asking the city for additional support and convening a special meeting with more detailed numbers.
