Clerk Diane reported on two past-due accounts she has been addressing. She said she mailed and emailed the mortgage company for the property at 2816 South England Pike and that the mortgage company has acknowledged receipt and will review the documents. She also said a second account holder apologized and told her they would pay the entire balance.
The board asked if there were any questions about the report and moved on to the public presentation by a resident seeking building guidance. No formal liens or new filings were reported at this meeting.
