The Town of Harrold Board of Trustees met in regular session on Nov. 11, 2024, at City Hall. President Dean Becker, Trustees Mike Bartels and Marty Winckler and Finance Officer Sarah Rheinbolt were present; President Becker called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Trustee Mike Bartels moved to approve the meeting agenda; Trustee Marty Winckler seconded, and the motion carried. Trustee Winckler then moved to approve the Oct. 14 meeting minutes; President Becker seconded, and that motion also carried. The minutes note that "all motions are unanimous unless otherwise noted," so both actions are recorded as unanimous.
The board discussed several operational items — including recently installed railroad crossings, potential updates to building codes and zoning, and upcoming repairs to municipal property and sewer lines — and directed the finance officer to contact the town attorney for clarification on pending matters. The meeting concluded at 8:17 p.m.; the board set its next regular meeting for Monday, Dec. 9 at 7 p.m.
Attendance and the motions provide the formal record of the meeting; the minutes list trustees Becker, Bartels and Winckler as present and Finance Officer Sarah Rheinbolt in attendance.
