Redview Builders’ representative Eric Moss updated the Lewisboro Planning Board on the Silvermine Preserve subdivision, saying the main road, base, driveway shoulders, drainage ponds and utilities are in place and that lots can now be marketed. "Main road, driveway, base completed ... subdivision seems to drain very well," Moss said when the company requested partial release of the bond the town is holding.
Board members and staff reminded the applicant that, under local code, a public hearing and an inspection are required before releasing any portion of performance security. The board asked staff to schedule the hearing for the August meeting, arrange a site inspection and have Jan provide a report so that the board can prepare a resolution at the subsequent meeting.
