The Lewisboro Planning Board agreed to continue a public hearing on La Familia, an application to convert a former nail salon at 19 North Salem Road into a pizzeria, until its August 18 meeting after the applicant asked for more time. "We are completing our parking and wetland studies, so we're respectfully requesting that the matter be adjourned to your August 18 meeting agenda," said Tony Joffrey, representing the applicant.
Chair Janet Anderson told the room no members of the public had signed up to comment that night and confirmed the board would reopen the hearing at the August meeting when the studies and any updated materials are submitted. The applicant was advised to work with staff to ensure required materials reach the board by the posted submission deadline.
