She also described recent donations earmarked for instruments and a fleet of bikes for middle and high school PE programs.
Board members asked about the LPF grants review process, committee composition and transparency; Scott said a grants review committee uses a rubric aligned to applications and forwards recommendations to the full LPF board for final approval. The board received the update as information; no district appropriation requests were made during the presentation.
