Committee members agreed it should be offered both in interview form and as an anonymous questionnaire option for staff who prefer not to speak publicly.
The group discussed adding additional participants identified by department heads, including finance and HR staff, and asked Brad and Eric to refine the list and the questions and return an updated package. A motion to charge them with that work passed unanimously (7-0).
