The City of Harrisburg Planning Commission on Feb. 10 recommended that the City Council approve preliminary plan amendments for the Lone Tree Addition affecting parcel #270.55.74.2000. The motion passed unanimously on a roll vote.
Chad Huwe presented the Lone Tree Addition preliminary plan amendments. Doug Allen, the applicant for Black Dog, LLC, attended to answer questions from commissioners. After the presentation, Commissioner Jason Schipper moved to recommend approval to the City Council; Commissioner Jim Nielsen seconded. The roll vote recorded seven Yeas and no Nays.
The minutes show no public comment and no conditions appended to the recommendation. The Planning Commission’s recommendation will be transmitted to the Harrisburg City Council for final action on the preliminary plan amendments.
