Jason Nelson moved to adjourn at 7:15 p.m.; Marie Story seconded and the motion passed on a roll-call vote with all members present voting in favor. The board also recorded staff directions: Huizenga and Hammond will research ice rink costs and staff will prepare a prioritized park project list for the board to review at the February meeting.
