City staff report on alcohol regulations, December building permits and plats filed

City Administrator Amanda Mack addressed the Planning Commission on Jan. 13 regarding city regulations that govern placement of on/off alcohol establishments. The presentation was part of administrative reports and intended to remind or clarify placement rules under local regulations.
Planning & Zoning staff member Jennifer Preheim presented the building permit report for December 2025 and noted plats filed in December, including Lots 7D, 7E and 7F in the Mills Creek Addition and Lots 4–7, Block 3 and Lots 12–16, Block 6 in the Creekside Addition.
The administrative items were delivered as part of the evening’s routine staff updates and did not require formal action by the Commission. Staff records and permit reports will remain available through the Planning & Zoning office for stakeholders seeking more detail.
