The board praised Bennett and a colleague named Robbie for the quality of meals at the high school. "Thank you for all your hard work and for feeding our kids well because they love the food that you and Robbie put into the food that you serve our kids," the Chair said. The board also arranged for a photo for the local paper and applause followed the presentation. The board did not take further action on the recognition beyond the presentation.
