Harrold trustees approve agenda, August minutes and advance budget ordinance to second reading

On Sept. 9 the Harrold Board of Trustees approved the meeting agenda and Aug. 12 minutes, and approved the budget ordinance (2024-AP-01) on motion; a special meeting for the ordinance's second reading is set for Sept. 17 at 8 p.m.
The Board of Trustees of the Town of Harrold convened on Sept. 9, 2024, at 7:05 p.m. President Dean Becker moved to approve the meeting agenda and later moved to approve the Aug. 12 minutes; both motions were seconded by Trustee Marty Winckler and recorded as carried. The minutes note that "all motions are unanimous unless otherwise noted."
During the meeting the Board held the first reading of Appropriation Ordinance 2024-AP-01. Trustee Marty Winckler moved to approve the budget ordinance "as presented," Becker seconded, and the motion carried. The Board scheduled a second reading of Ordinance 2024-AP-01 for Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 8 p.m. The Board also set its next regular meeting for Monday, Oct. 14 at 7 p.m.
