Board members approved Payment Summary No. 12 for project BG 23‑13 totaling $282,559 by roll call and also approved Payment No. 5 to BNR Construction for $99,309. The finance/operations presenter also requested approval of an architect's invoice for Ross Torrent Architects related to HVAC and structural work, which the board approved by roll call.
District staff gave a status update on punch‑list work at Saffle and Anderson County Middle School: incorrect secure‑entry glass has been reordered and is due for weekend installation, wireless push‑button handicap activators and related electrical hardware are being resolved, ceiling touch‑ups and remaining HVAC control items are being addressed this week, and minor casework corrections are scheduled. For the Saffle cafeteria repairs the ramp and handrails are complete; one additional exterior light required by code will be procured (lead time ~10 weeks).
