Rose described instructional changes, including a stations model in which three teachers share 60 students and rotate small‑group lessons to provide reteaching and frequent formative checks. “We put three teachers in a room together and they shared 60 kids,” Rose said, summarizing how the staff increased instructional contact and reduced novice percentages in reading and math. The presentation included staffing details and a plan to sustain and expand strategies that produced the gains.
