Board recommends acceptance of three private ways after DPW inspection

Bridgewater's Planning Board on July 15 voted to favorably recommend street acceptance for Stonewall Place, Quail Run Road and the first phase of Oldfield Road after the town engineer reported that the developer had completed a punch-list and that DPW and highway staff had inspected the work.
Town engineer Greg Tansey told the board he performed a site inspection and that outstanding items had been addressed; he recommended acceptance and noted remaining small items (silted water gates, a small tree-replacement bond) had been completed or were secured. The board voted in favor of recommending acceptance to the appropriate authority.
