Council approves fire protection and generator service agreements; department reports equipment updates

In department reports Chief Smith also updated the council about apparatus maintenance: engine 123 is out for repairs, the ladder truck is temporarily out for its annual ladder test and preventive maintenance and is expected back by June 15, and 27 replacement air packs awarded through a FEMA Assistance to Firefighters grant are scheduled for delivery in early July.
