Schneider told the board the transfer addresses overtime costs incurred responding to weekend storms and to cover non‑union pay increases included in the budget. The transfer passed by voice vote.
Board members asked staff to follow up on FEMA reimbursement (discussed later in the meeting) and thanked Schneider for detailed backup material accompanying the request.
