Trustees receive management and committee reports including watershed and CERT updates
Summary
At the March 21 meeting, trustees received written management and committee reports, including Community Development, Grounds, Advisory, Watershed & Natural Assets, Employee Benefits review, officer nominations, and the Palmer Ranch CERT Team report.
The Board received a set of written management and committee reports that were provided to trustees and emailed to community representatives. President Lee Katz read the Management Report and Community Development Update on behalf of staff Tracy Smith; the Grounds Report was read on behalf of staff by Lee Katz for Sue Ambrecht. Committee reports included an Advisory Committee report presented by Dick Beitel and a Palmer Ranch Watershed & Natural Assets Committee report presented by Roger Stephenson.
Trustees also heard brief updates from two ad hoc committees: one reviewing PRMA employee benefits and another charged with nominating officers for 2024–2025 presented by Martha Sherman. The Palmer Ranch Master Association CERT Team report was read in the meeting record. Full copies of the reports were distributed and emailed to representatives for review.
