Village Administrator Jordan Bracken reported on July 7 that crews completed valve replacements on Market Street and conducted plant maintenance on pumps to stay ahead of recurring water system issues. Bracken said the work saved money compared with projections and that planned valve replacements will proceed on Tilton Street; Seminary Street is listed for repair because of a persistent leak.
Bracken said the 2025 water quality report has been completed and will be included with the next utility billing cycle. He did not provide cost estimates for the upcoming valve work or a firm repair schedule for Seminary Street during the meeting.
