Task force members and the developer discussed construction staging and public‑works coordination to avoid disruption at the town transfer station.
The developer said he will include a mobilization and staging plan with anticipated delivery counts, daily on‑site vehicle numbers and parking plans. He said foundation work would have fewer large deliveries and later phases more individual manpower. Task force members, citing a conversation at the Strawberry Festival, asked that heavy deliveries be scheduled when the transfer station is closed or at lower activity times and that the developer meet directly with public‑works staff (Matt Turnowski) to ensure site access will not interfere with transfer‑station operations.
The developer agreed to set a meeting with public works in the next two to three weeks after the survey and base map are complete and to present a plan that minimizes traffic disruptions. No formal approval or change to the project was made at the meeting.
