Clerk reports audit underway and BS&A system go-live set for June 29

Village Clerk C. Wilson told the council S.O.M.E. CPA is in the beginning stages of the annual audit and has received materials needed to proceed. She said BS&A completed final extraction from the clerk’s system and the planned go-live date for the new financial and utility system is June 29.
Clerk Wilson also noted summer newsletters were distributed and reminded residents they may pay bills online at bsaonline.com or in person at the village office using credit or debit cards. She said she will contact MML to clarify whether removing the time clock for two employees could affect workers’ compensation coverage.
