At the July 21 meeting the commission took the following formal action on Agenda Item 1:
Motion: Approve 17-foot-or-below, 3,000 Kelvin parking-lot light fixtures for IME Automation, based on approval criteria contained in Tocqueville City Code 10-24-4.
Mover: Commissioner (S2). Second: Commissioner (S6). When asked, commissioners who voiced their positions said "Aye." The chair announced the motion carried. The approval is conditioned on the fixture height (17 feet or below) and nighttime dimming to 20% during nonbusiness hours; staff will include those conditions in the building permit and verify them at inspection.
