Mayor Lane opened the public hearing and, seeing no public comment, moved to close the hearing and proceed to adoption. The committee voted in the affirmative by roll call and the ordinance was adopted; the municipal clerk was directed to publish notice of final passage on the township website as required by law.
The amendment was posted on the municipal website and at Town Hall prior to the hearing per the notice procedure described by the clerk.
