Councilor Davila urges tougher response after Orleans Street illegal dumping

Davila said the problem is not only episodic but contributes to a decline in quality of life and pledged a follow-up meeting to press for concrete resource and staffing recommendations. He gave residents a contact phone number and his council email so people could report locations needing attention; he said he expects additional meetings and staff participation once department leads are available.
