Chris Signoli said DPW needs a clear sketch showing the truck location so the department can verify buffer distances and parking impacts. "We want to see on a site where you're going to be... we're not looking for an engineered plan, but we want to see a sketch," Signoli said.

Staff described fees discussed in the meetings: a temporary health permit is roughly $50, a permanent HHS permit about $150, and DPW moved to an annual fee structure (committee negotiated an annual DPW fee of $125). Applicants were advised to bring registrations, insurance certificates and copies of other department approvals when filing with DPW to speed review.
