Staff listed potential funding sources (TPF, LGRF, Water Trust Board, NMFA, Destination Forward, EMNRD, USDA) and said multiple grants often overlay to complete multi-phase projects.
Trustees asked for clearer ICIP visuals and a prioritized list; staff scheduled targeted work sessions and requested trustees send suggested projects in advance so grant packaging can be deliberate and timely.
