Trustee Eisenbeisz moved “to sign Joint Powers Agreement Between Edmunds County and the City of Hosmer for the purposes of mosquito spraying,” and Board President Laurie Burrer seconded the motion. "All members present voted 'aye,'" the meeting notes record, and the motion carried. The board listed Laurie Burrer, Trustee Eisenbeisz and Trustee Osborne as present; Finance Officer Gregg Burrer and Trustees Rutt and Grismer were noted as absent.
The meeting was convened at Hosmer City Hall at 6:30 p.m.; President Burrer called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. The record states the sole purpose of the special meeting was to sign documents for the County to conduct mosquito spraying during June and July.
