The administrator said cash balances and the expense summary look healthy for this time of year.
Doctor Scott told the board the district’s audited enrollment decreased from 830 last year to 813 this year, a decline he described as significant for long‑term fiscal health because state funding is tied to audited counts with a lag. He said the district will need to "right‑size" staffing and prepare for the funding effect over the coming budget cycles.
The board moved and approved the financial report by voice vote.
