City authorizes amendment to sale of Bayhor Town Center property to Alcove Development

Riverola said the sale is one step in a multi-step approval process that requires project approvals from the planning commission and city council and that the developer anticipates appearing at the July planning commission and returning to council in August. Council authorized the mayor to execute the amendment by unanimous vote.
