Planning staff recommended approval of the final plat for the Highlands at Falcon Lakes, third phase. Jim Sherman described the project as attached single-family and duplex units with 10% open-space, required frontage maintenance along 147th, county-approved access and approved stormwater, street and sanitary plans; an HOA will maintain common spaces.
Staff said utility providers can serve the development and that the traffic/access plan will not adversely affect flow. The council voted 5-0 to approve the final plat.
