Council adopts intent-to-exceed resolution to preserve option to exceed revenue-neutral rate for 2027 budget

"If you adopted the rate in full, we'd bring in about $43,000 in new revenue to the general fund," Webb said while answering council questions about scale and timelines. Council adopted Resolution 2026-09 and staff will publish required notices and hold public hearings in September on the rate and the budget adoption at a later date.
