Nancy Birkrem moved to accept the minutes; Lynne A. Murray seconded. The amended minutes were approved with a vote of 2 in favor, 1 against and 1 abstention.
A Secretary’s note recorded that an additional error (a date in the footer) was discovered after the meeting and corrected in the final minutes. Trustees also completed Motion 53 to adjourn: Scott Johnston moved to adjourn, Nancy seconded, and with no objections the meeting adjourned at 5:53 p.m. Minutes were submitted by Nancy Birkrem, Secretary.
