Chair Michael Strayhorn updated the council on corridor improvements and infrastructure concerns. He said staff can see progress at the Lynx superstation and gateway, but that a pedestrian crossing installation has been delayed because of repeated collisions at the site.
Strayhorn also reported that the county's septic-to-sewer work is moving forward but staff have struggled to contact many property owners to coordinate conversions. He asked about the position responsible for corridor cleaning and emphasized continued outreach to affected property owners.
