Cheryl Rayburn of Orange County Code Compliance reported multiple housing-related complaints in Pine Hills, saying many violations stem from landlords not maintaining properties. "There are a lot of housing violations mostly with landlords not taking care of properties," Rayburn told the council.
Rayburn also said enforcement teams have conducted lot cleanings and addressed abandoned cars; she said there are "quite a few businesses without proper credentials to operate a business." The minutes do not list enforcement actions or timelines for follow-up; residents were urged to report ongoing violations to Code Compliance.
