During the April 8, 2026 special meeting the board approved Resolution #138 to enter executive session "for no longer than 2 hours and 12 minutes to discuss non‑elected personnel," with the stated justification of protecting the privacy interests of the individuals to be discussed. The motion was made by Duane Miller, seconded by Andrew Vosburgh, and carried with six yes votes and no opposition.
The minutes record that Superintendent Mike Sanders and guest Lori Anshutz were asked to remain in the executive session and that Clerk Dallas Morrow exited the meeting before it began. Board member Brian Anshutz joined the meeting and the executive session at 6:32 PM; Lori Anshutz departed the meeting at 7:42 PM. The open meeting reconvened at 8:40 PM and President Aaron Wolff adjourned the meeting at 8:40 PM.
