Staff says drainage letter required after FRICO raised questions

"They are disputing some of the compliance, but the applicant is complying with all of city regulations," a staff member said during the presentation, and staff listed the drainage letter as one of the three conditions recommended to council. The commission did not receive public comment on the case and recommended approval to council with the drainage letter subject to engineering review.
