Resident Lori Furness asked the Board for permission to attach Christmas lights to the City Hall building. Trustee Osborne moved to permit the lights from Thanksgiving through New Year's, to be run from dusk on a timer for up to six hours daily; Trustee Eisenbeisz seconded and the motion passed with all present voting 'aye'.
The minutes record the authorization and the operational limits (dusk on a timer, maximum six hours). Pam Stolz separately updated the Board that fundraising for the lights had reached $875. No additional Board conditions or funding commitments were recorded during the meeting.
