The Hosmer City Board of Trustees confirmed that Finance Officer Stephanie Kelzer-Landkammer resigned on Dec. 15, 2025 and that Gregg Burrer is serving as finance officer in the interim. Board documents show payroll and bills were brought current and that water bills and federal W-2/W-3 forms were processed and mailed on Jan. 15, 2026.
President Laurie Burrer reported the administrative update during the regular meeting on Jan. 13, 2026. The board did not take formal additional personnel action in open session; an executive session on personnel was held later in the meeting under SDCL 1-25-2(1).
