The superintendent said the hearings will be published along with Code 99 and the proposed mill levies; staff will provide budget information as soon as it is available.
Board members discussed statutory timing challenges tied to final valuations in November and the practical need to set hearings in advance to preserve flexibility for levies. Both motions to set the hearing dates carried on voice votes.
