Robinson noted drainage considerations and accepted that rock beds near the street might be disturbed by public-works snow operations.
Board members said the improvements appeared well considered and in good taste, and moved to approve the application as presented. The approval allows the owner to pursue the specified pavers, edging, plantings and the new rear patio under the village's standard permitting and inspection process.
