The board approved a temporary certificated management contract to appoint an interim school administrator and adopted the governance calendar for the 2026–27 school year. Trustees requested flexibility in the governance calendar to ensure the citizens' bond oversight presentation is scheduled after audit completion and asked staff to add or adjust committee dates for bargaining, budget and enrollment work as needed.
The board also adopted Resolution No. 1 (2026–2027) authorizing interfund transfers. Roll‑call votes were taken for each item and all measures passed. Trustees said the calendar and transfers will support the district's administrative planning for the coming school year.
